Temporary Staffing
Using your specific hiring criteria, Abbott provides well-qualified, pre-screened candidates with entry level to executive skills for short- or long-term assignments ranging from one-half day to indefinitely. Arrangements can be made for you to hire a temporary worker as a permanent employee at any time during the assignment.
Permanent Placement
After Abbott specialists recruit, screen, interview and test candidates whose abilities match your professional standards and corporate culture, you will interview the top applicants and make the final decision. To fast-track the process, Abbott experts can create benchmark profiles of employees in your company whose skills you’d like to match. Once hired, the new employee will be placed on your payroll.
Temporary to Permanent
Another form of permanent placement, Abbott’s Conversion Hiring Program includes a pre-determined period of time during which the employees you select remain on Abbott’s payroll as temporary workers. At the end of this time, or earlier if you wish, they are transferred to your payroll, becoming permanent employees of your company.
