The Commercial Lease Administrator will be the primary point of contact between the Company and landlords. This position requires a strong knowledge of commercial leases and the ability to negotiate lease terms effectively. He/She will be responsible for finalizing all new leases, oversight of the existing real estate portfolio and management of the real estate database. Responsibilities:  Negotiate new commercial leases with landlords in a timely manner,  Maintain and manage the real estate database, Produce monthly rent report for current locations and submit to AP for disbursement, Negotiate lease renewals and amendments,  Resolve rent payment issues with landlords, Interpret lease language and resolve disputes with landlords, Manage the Lease Administration staff,  Analyze property reconciliations from landlords and take 
appropriate action, Communicate effectively with Landlords, Executive Management, Operations, Legal, Construction and Real Estate Departments.

Requirements: Five years of experience in negotiating commercial leases,  Real
Estate database experience is required; Bachelors Degree is required.  MS Word, 
Excel and Outlook knowledge is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
